FREQAT is proud to announce the successful completion of its scope of marine survey operations within the framework of the Azerbaijan–Kazakhstan Fiber Optic Cable Project, executed as part of the ALLSTREAM Consortium. This milestone represents a critical step forward in strengthening digital connectivity across the Caspian region and advancing international telecommunications infrastructure.

Project Overview

The Azerbaijan–Kazakhstan Fiber Optic Cable Project is a strategic cross-border initiative aimed at establishing a high-capacity digital corridor between Europe and Asia via the Caspian Sea. The project will significantly enhance regional data transmission, improve digital resilience, and create new opportunities for economic and technological development across the wider region.

Within this landmark project, FREQAT was entrusted with the full coordination and execution of marine survey support operations — a crucial phase for the accurate planning and safe installation of the subsea cable system.
