We successfully executed the construction and delivery of specialized offshore containerized living quarters and functional modules for a major energy development project in the Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan.
This project provided essential, fully certified offshore facilities engineered to withstand harsh marine conditions, ensuring the highest standards of safety, durability, and operational efficiency for our client.

Scope of Delivery
The turnkey package encompassed the complete engineering, fabrication, testing, and certification of multiple high-specification offshore modules, including:

• Accommodation Modules: Fully certified, ergonomic living units designed to ensure comfort and safety for offshore personnel.
• Office & Administration Modules: Purpose-built, IT-ready workspaces equipped for efficient offshore operations.
• Crew Welfare Modules: Dedicated Gym and Locker Room facilities tailored to offshore workforce welfare requirements.
• Utility Modules: Industrial-grade Laundry units engineered for continuous operation in offshore environments.

Key Technical Note
All modules were designed, constructed, and certified in accordance with international offshore standards (DNV 2.7-1 / EN 12079). The units feature reinforced structural integrity, advanced fire-safety systems, and materials suitable for long-term deployment in the demanding environmental conditions of the Caspian Sea region.
